Fridays 9am - 10am

Indoor pool with people, water slide, and stairs.

Our water aerobics class is designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The workouts combine aerobic, flexibility and resistance (strength) training with plenty of friendly fun. No swimming required. A sample workout may include a walking warm-up in the vortex pool, followed by stretching and a cardiovascular segment working different muscle groups in the larger pool area. We always finish class in the therapy pool, where the added warmth allows muscles a deeper stretch. The buoyancy of the water is easy on the joints, which allows you to get moving without the discomfort. Come take the plunge!
