Campground Policies

Welcome to Boardman Marina & RV Park!

We are excited to have you stay with us. Please review the following policies and rules that apply to all guests, whether visiting for a nightly or extended stay. Should you have questions regarding any of these policies, please contact the camp hosts at sites 10 and 11, the campground booth, or the main office during business hours.

I. GENERAL

  • Prohibited Items: Fireworks, firearms, pellet guns, BB guns, slingshots, airsoft guns, paintball guns, and bows of any kind.
  • Environment: Cutting, breaking, or trimming of trees and shrubs is prohibited. If trimming is needed, RVs and vehicles must be removed prior to maintenance. Dropping foreign objects into the sewer or flushing “flushable wipes” is also prohibited.
  • Fire Pits: Using pallets in fire pits is not allowed.
  • Restricted Vehicles: ATV’s, UTV’s, golf carts, gators, dirt bikes, non-street legal electric motorcycles, etc., are prohibited.
  • Pool & Water Structures: Portable or inflatable pools, bouncy houses, and similar items must be set up on gravel only.
  • Speed Limit: The speed limit is 4 ½ mph. Weather may necessitate slower speeds.
  • Facility Cleanliness: Restrooms must remain orderly; the laundry room is open from 8:00am to 10:00pm.
  • Quiet Time: 8:00pm to 7:00am.
  • RV Condition (Extended Stays) : RVs over 20 years old must be approved with photos via email for extended stays.

II. FEES

  • Nightly & Extended Stays: Nightly rates include one RV or tent per site, with one vehicle. Extended stays include one RV and up to two vehicles.
    • Nightly Fees:
      • Premium Waterview Sites (3-7, 11-34): $68/night
      • Interior Sites (1-2, 8-10, 35-63): $58/night
      • Tent Sites: $18/night
    • Extended Stay Fees: $680 for the first 15 nights, with the remaining 15 consecutive nights free. Monthly utility fee: $110.
  • Payment Requirements: Extended stay fees must be paid in advance for each 30-day period. Invoices are sent one week prior to renewal; payment is due by the first day of renewal, with a five-day grace period.
  • Overnight Parking: An additional vehicle fee of $5 day applies for any vehicles beyond those covered in site fees.

III. RV FACILITY CLEANLINESS

  • Campsite: Must be clean and organized; garbage should go in dumpsters.
  • Storage Restrictions: No items stored under or around RVs. Allowed camping items (BBQs, lawn chairs, etc.) must be orderly.
  • Prohibited Items on Grass: Rugs, pallets, and carpets.
  • Maintenance: No vehicle repairs in the park. RV washing is permitted with biodegradable soap.

IV. PETS

  • Leashes: Pets must be on an 8-foot leash, quiet, and attended at all times.
  • Restricted Areas: Cages and fences are not allowed on grass areas.
  • Waste: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets.

V. PARKING

  • Allowed Areas: Vehicles should only park on asphalt or gravel. Do not park or drive on grass or vacant sites.
  • Visitor Parking: All visitors must check in with camp hosts and park in designated gravel areas east of site 34.
  • Parking Passes: Required for all vehicles and must be displayed on the dashboard.

VI. WINTERIZATION (Extended Stays Only)

  • Water Protection: Patrons are responsible for heat-taping and insulating water connections or turning off water as needed.
  • Heating Requirements: Space heaters are not allowed. Use of space heaters resulting in electrical damage will incur a $1,000 fee and loss of power.

VII. CANCELLATIONS (Nightly Stays Only)

  • One-Night Reservations: ∙ 2 Days or More Prior to Arrival: A refund is provided, minus a $5 nonrefundable reservation fee and a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the one night's stay. ∙ Less Than 2 Days Prior to Arrival: No refund is provided. 
  • More Than One-Night Reservations: ∙ 2 Days or More Prior to Arrival: A refund is provided, minus a $5 nonrefundable reservation fee and a cancellation fee equal to the one night's stay. ∙Less Than 2 Days Prior to Arrival: No refund is provided. 
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to check in by 2pm on day two of a reservation will result in cancellation without refund.

VIII. OUR RIGHTS

  • Policy Changes: Management may amend policies at any time.
  • Enforcement: Failure to follow rules may result in eviction without refund. Disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated.
  • Fee Adjustments: Fees are subject to change.
