Low Impact Aerobics

A group fitness class with participants doing squats and exercise mats and dumbbells on the floor.

Tuesdays: 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

This workout is a form of body conditioning and resistant training while using light weights and a series of stations that will target strength building or muscular endurance needed for a healthier body and mind. These classes are held in the Aerobics Room and Cardio/Weights Room.
